Young Kyu Song received the B.S Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Kwangwoon Seoul, Korea in 1999 and he received M.S Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD), San Diego in 2001. From 1999 to 2001, he worked as Research assistant at the Radio Frequency Integrated Circuit Laboratory (RFIC Lab), UCSD and worked on CMOS Poly-phase IF Filter for a Homodyne Receiver for WCDMA Application. He has been with the Electronics and Computer Engineering Department, University of California, Irvine, where he worked as a Ph. D student since 2002. He is currently working as a research assistant at University of California, Irvine. His current research interest is focused on the Microwave and Millimeter wave Device, interconnect development and characterization.
